We adopted our 4 month old little boy from this shelter. He’s such a sweetheart and fits into our family perfectly. He loves to cuddle and play. The staff at this shelter were very professional and were very grateful for finding our pup.

The staff who works here are really awesome and helpful. I adopted my sweet girl Lady here and my family loves her so much! I would highly recommend adopting a pet from Redlands animal shelter. They are the best!
YAN DONG
Sylvia and her girl are amazing! We found TWO rattle snakes at back yard and they came immediately after call. It's hard to catch one of them because it hid under the AC compressor but Sylvia made it. It's not my first time ask Redlands Animal Shelter for help and every time was a good experience. Thumb up!

No, our animals are neutered at outside vets offices.
You can go onto website and email to animal shelter supervisor. You will see an address on there.
You can go on line and lookhttps://www.petfinder.com/member/us/ca/redlands/redlands-animal-shelter-ca446/
Sorry l have not seen your dog. Maybe post a photo to help people look for Cecil. Good luck. Happy Holidays.
Hi. What kind of dog? Male or female please ?
Yes, as long as they are within the Redlands city limit. I'd be careful with any advice that suggests lying about the origin of your animal as it could be considered making a false police report.
This is a low kill shelter. They only euthanize when absolutely necessary.Best to ask Shelter staff to confirm.
If in the county, they go to Riverside.
I would call the shelter and ask.. or go to petharbor.com
Do not recommend this shelter Try riverside animal shelter instead. Best in Inland empire.
It's about 75 or 80 and that takes care of the neuter and shots
Not for just any reason. If an animal is grievously injured or has an illness it can't recover from, or is an extreme danger to people, it does happen.
You can always ask, but generally no. You can pay by check or by credit card, too. Adoption fees as of May 2018 are $86 for dogs and $50 for cats, which includes spay/neuter and basic vaccinations but not rabies.
Yes, only requirement is that the dog was found within the coty limits or the owner us a resident of Redlands.
Yes, you can. Call first to make an appointment
I dropped a bag off last week
They have many pit bulls. So, yes they do
I took a stray to them a few weeks ago, but if the animal was not found within the City of redlands they won't take them.
Yes. They accept towels, blankets, food, and other needs.
Take them to Redlands animal shelter.
While they SHOULD take 'owner surrenders' from Redlands residents, they have been telling people 'they are full'. How old is the dog?
Post it on local pages
Yes, but can you get to her?
I am a registered vet technician , would you like me to come by
Yes and they don't respond back to ya
Adding to Esteban, petfinder.com is also really good
Call and see about it I'm sure they will though they house a lot of cats but I don't know if they have open spots I'm sure they can point you in the right direction and PetSmart adoption out as well with donation but you might want to call them as well.
Yes
Went there on weekend..you need to look at pet availability on Petharbor..I went to Petsmart and adopted over the weekend because it was so hard at the shelters. The Petsmart cats are also from shelter
No
I just adopted last week and the appointment is still needed.
They have in the past
I would put a listing on Facebook market place, or the Neighborhood app.
Contact them and find out.
Sorry the best answer would be from the shelter themselves! I do know they have some very precious kitties and a good selection 😀
What is the question?
Not sure, I would call and ask them for clarification
You must call them no one from the Google community can answer that. They are a very small shelter and may take the kittens but I am not sure
I would call them right away!
They do accept pet surrender
I would talk to the city of Yucaipa first, then talk to Yucaipa animal protection services.. I do not think the city of Redlands would be able to assist.
They do not do that there- you would have to go to a vet
If it's just walking around outside not causing any harm then no. If its inside your house or might be a danger to your pets or family then yes
Yes I agree with the previous answer. You must call to find out
I think when you leave your question here you are thinking that the shelter will answer directly. You need to call them to ask. they are open on Saturdays. Closed Sundays and Mondays
San Bernardino shelter is still open.
I don't work there I just put my dogs pictures up because I got the big one there and the other at riverside shelter
Here's information about the volunteer program: https://www.cityofredlands.org/cms/one.aspx?pageId=7387626#Volunteers
If you live in the boundaries of the city of Redlands, you can surrender it according to these guidelines: https://www.cityofredlands.org/cms/One.aspx?portalId=6255746&pageId=7387626#OwnersRelease
Yes. And if you follow them on Facebook they usually post wish lists of other items they need.
I don't work there I adopted my two dogs one in riverside one in redlands I put ther picture up to encourage people to adopt that's it
You have to be 18 to volunteer. If you are over 18, visit the shelter to get an application. It's easy to fill out, though you will need to go to the police station down the block to get fingerprinted. But once you do that and turn in the app, you can schedule your orientation.
The shelter has a variety of dogs at any given point. The best way to find out what dogs are at the shelter is by searching PetHarbor.com . On there you can search not only the Redlands shelter but all of the surrounding ones as well. You can filter by age, breed, color and more.
Check with your local vet for when they have a low cost dayif not then the humane society in sb
Or Daryl's Pet Shop on State Street Ask them about private in home rescues that would be willing to help her! (Not "it.")
Don't know what you mean from the shelter from the ground ?
No charge to find a "forever" friend! Adult dogs need homes too!
Yes
Call the Animal Shelter. Staff answer your question.
Yes, but for safety and liability reasons, they need to be supervised when interacting with any of the animals. Please make sure they don't put their faces right up to the cat cages where claws might swipe…
No, dog doesn't need to be present but you need to go to the Revenue Division Office by City Hall, 35 Cajon St to obtain the license, and also bring rabies certificate.
You can surrender any kind of dog as long as you are a resident of Redlands (fees apply).
They give the standard four-in-one vaccine, but usually not rabies. This won't do anything for the parasites. Health issues like that are generally treated at the staff's discretion and can hinge on factors such as space and availability of medicine. You're best off calling the shelter during open hours and asking them that question.
Not sure. Shelter closed. Call shelter Tuesday
they DONT put them to sleep depending on how long they stay there . they find rescuers so they can find them a new home .
Yes it is a no kill shelter
No, the animal control office is closed on New Year's Day for adoptions.
No, fees apply. There are special events with reduced fees happening from time to time.
