Cluttered and unorganized. Unfortunate since it’s the only store around the area. I came back into the store last night 4/12 to browse while waiting for my food at the food truck and I noticed the store looked much better much more organized. So I added a Star. I would put 4 stars if I hadn’t noticed the staff was so lazy and unresponsive. the shorter girl would give customers the dirtiest looks or ignore them and the tall one didn’t say much.

One star at best, couldn't help me then, definitely not now, prices are 3 times higher than anywhere else, rather wait. I'm a smart shopper so, I'm sure I'll get what I want when I order it, plus it'll save me money and the social awkwardness with your staff.

The store has incredible amount of products which is awesome a bit pricey but honestly no more than where I live I am give you two stars because the girl working the front seem to have zero knowledge of any of the products everything I asked her response was I don’t know and unfortunately she was the only person there so I couldn’t ask another employee maybe it was because she was new but I would think that they would have someone else working if that was the case

As others have said, there are products being sold for significantly more money than you'd find online. For example, one item that sells for $40, is being sold for $140. That's just ONE example. They're also in a dead zone, so you can't Google to find the actual prices until after it's too late. Ask for the receipt before you exit! Don't let them hand it to you through the window after you exit! I was gone 5 minutes and then noticed the item I bought in the '$5 and up' bin was $30. Let me repeat, they placed a $30 item in a bin for CHEAP items. (Let me add that the price was not labeled on the item!) SIX TIMES the labeled bin price is not CHEAP and does not belong in the CHEAP bin. Then they didn't give us the opportunity to see the receipt until after we leave. Let me repeat, the price was not labeled on the item! It was blank! Then you refuse to let us return a 'USED' item? You just saw us, you know it's not used. Without proper packaging (it was supposed to be in plastic, but this one was not), I'm the one buying a 'USED' item, so the least you could do is have the courtesy to take it back right after it was sold. It was supposed to be in it's plastic packaging, but you SOLD it to me without it. It has to be thrown in the wash anyway at that point. And you know it hasn't been used since it had just been 5 minutes and who would wear that in public! It has all of the tags on it still and you literally just saw me 5 minutes earlier. Common sense! Your products are good. Your prices and refund policy are a concern. Refund policy needs fixing. It's too robotic and emotionless. Sincerely, A customer who spent $100 and has the right to leave my review now. So you're $100 richer now. Please don't just ignore this or give me a disrespectful review like I've seen you do to others. Feedback is important, but you have to accept when something is done wrong too.

I can't necessarily speak for the employees but as a frequent customer I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. They have always treated me very kindly and I can't imagine that they would treat anyone, including Cds, with anything less than the full respect and dignity they deserve.
