Based on earlier reviews we: 1. Arrived 15 minutes before opening (Sunday) 2. Knew admission did NOT cover the obstacle course 3. Were prepared to buy food on site Had a WONDERFUL time. The whole place is smaller than I’d expected from photos, but in a good way. Parking lot is long and narrow, at 10:15 we were very close to the entrance but the farthest spot is hardly far far. I did notice a family crossing the street towards the lagoon when we left - I assume parking fills by afternoon. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Admission covered: entire swimming area around the obstacle course, volleyball, tetherball, kiddie play area (all in water), chairs /shady areas (first come first serve), clean bathrooms. We stayed 3.5 hours and boys had plenty to do after the hour on the obstacle course. Obstacle course is an additional price per hour and is AWESOME. They also have paddle boards, kayaks, floaties for rent. Water is warm (78) and clear. No chlorine- it’s constantly being replaced (search news adventure lagoon for more on the water - pretty neat). Sand is gritty - agree with other reviewers that sandals are nice to have. Two food trucks on site this day, plus snacks, candy, basic sundries in the AL shop. Quesadilla was tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back.

Where do I start? Went here today for my nephews birthday and it was ok. Staff was nice, no issues there. The issues was they have all these rules online but when you go inside the rules are not enforced whatsoever. They said No outside food but people did. They have food trucks about 3 of them and it’s pricey. It’s like 90 degree weather and the food truck serves warm drinks. The obstacle course was fun but it’s very dangerous that’s why they have you sign waivers. Online it says no shoes are allowed on the obstacle course but again that rule was not enforced because people still wore them, my legs are all bruised up from it being so slippery. There’s also green algae all on the water not to mention near the sand /shallow area there are bugs!!! Tan colored bugs that swim! And they swim fast! I tried to capture a picture but the bug went under water and into the sand. Not into bugs so can’t even say what it was. I don’t plan on ever returning here in the future. Also the chairs people relax on need to be cleaned we got there when the park opened and their was dried up juice and food on them. Park is just in need of a good cleaning especially with everything going on.

I would definitely recommend this place. super kid friendly. love that they have a little Play water area for the toddlers. Workers are really kind, Alejandra was really helpful anything she's was there to assist. Also the party planner which is Jennifer the one that coordinate our event for our son. She was really kind and sweet as well helpful was really happy and please.. Everything was set up super nice spacious and clean. As well The restroom 🚺 are really clean.👌 As well Yesenia was super professional very kind , sweet and walked us to our spot and gave us a nice welcoming. Made us feel very special Yesenia made sure our food was there and that everything was running smoothly made us feel special. As well destiny stop by just to check on us if everything was good and that our food was there . Really nice chill place to go and enjoy with your family, friends. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you lady's for making this day memorable for my son's birthday.

The actual obstacle course is very fun.. it'll definitely leave you with bruises.. but the water has little chunks of green stuff floating in it from the algae.. Know that when you pay for the "basic part" you only get access to two little plastic baby slides and two volleyball courts. The bucket did not work when we went. Nothing else is included.. Everything else is something you have to rent. The food truck is pricey but yummy.

They just added shades all along the beach! The umbrellas are there too.
Pricing for the park will be $30 to get into the general park for the day. It will cost an additional $15 per hour to access the Aqua Park.
I want to know myself too.

I thought the website said you paid to park but no charge. Thank goodness..the place was expensive
5 dollars under 5 and 30 dollars over 5. Per person.. Also they have vip sections you can reserve for a small party. It's worth the cost the grandkids absolutly loved it.
Card and 16usd for grupp ,and pack Vip 10 guys pizza free
I am handicapped i am also 60 yrs of age but i have my grandson he is 10. I would not b going in the water do i still have 2 pay full price.I am on a fixed income & if a pass would b available i would do without 2 make him happy.
I think you can take your own food. They do sell food from the Mexican food truck however but it is pricey
When I went it was 60 per person I think for an hour and depending on the time the price goes up
