Would give a no star if possible. Customer service skills from Valerie are horrible. She is always upset and is never in a good mood when service is requested. I will never deal with Academy Locksmith again as long as she remains working there. If you don't like your job then just find something else!

Dispatcher needs to work on her attitude over the $%^&^ phone. Get someone else that can handle the incoming calls or request, questions.. etc. Work on your customer service skills even if your having a bad day its your JOB! no need to project that towards possible customer.

We used Academy Lock to cut new keys to many hundreds of commercial sites nationally. Academy exceeded expectations in driving from SoCal to NorCal with a truck to cut keys up here, including proprietary Kaba Peak keys. They also coordinated with teams in the NE and SE USA to cut those keys too. Great team to work with!

I was right in the middle of a staging for a Realtor showing a property and locked my keys in the cab; the keys for the property were on my key chain too! Had an hour and a half before the client and Realtor showed and still had one more room to clean and stage. Looked up "local locksmith" and Academy Locksmith came up 6 miles from the property so I called and Fernando had a Locksmith there in 30 min! The locksmith who showed was able to get me in the truck in what seemed like a minute and not only was he professional, he was informative and explained what he would be doing before he did it. I would highly recommend Academy Locksmith!
