I just want to start this review by saying I understand that this location is wayyyyy under-staffed. I get it, and I’m only writing this review now because this is the third time I’ve had this problem or similar at this location. I ordered almost 2.5 hours ago, and as has happened before, the tracker showed my order on prep for lot of that time, then sat on quality check for over an hour and a half. I called the store and while on the phone, the order finally said it was out for delivery. In the past I’ve attempted to order online from this location and there’s been a notification that online ordering was not available, so obviously it is possible to simply not allow online ordering- Or if they knew the order would take this long then perhaps a phone call to tell customers as much would be good. I’m just saying, I see the 60-90 minute message when I’m ordering and that’s an amount of time I’m willing to wait and be reasonable, but nearly 3 hours with no real indication of when my food will get to me is just… kind of ridiculous.

Placed an order online. Ordered showed it was being prepped. 40 minutes later - I get an email that my order was cancelled. No phone call to make me aware. I called the store and never got to speak with anyone. Waited for over 5 minutes for someone to answer.

Do yourself a favor and order a pizza from Marco's down the street. If you order from this location, expect delivery to take between 1.5-2.0 hours. Tried calling the store to cancel my last order after it was over an hour late, 10 minutes later and no one picked up the phone.

My order was over 2 hours late and when I called they told me my pizza was on the way. I had received a message 25 min prior to that telling me the order was on the way and still hadn’t received it and still didn’t after another 20 so I called and they didn’t have any explanation for by I didn’t have it and told me they could not make it again at this point and it never arrived. Will not be returning to this location.
