I’m a Kohls card holding, loyal customer. But the cashiers at this location have left a very bad taste in my mouth. This morning my daughter was crying as I was checking out over the stuffed animal display next to the check out counter. The cashier pressed me on “why does she do that?” And “how is it possible for a 1 year old to be spoiled?” If you can’t have compassion for a young mother trying to check out with her toddler, why allow the toy display to be right where we have to stand in line? I left Kohls in tears. Don’t plan on shopping in person anymore.
