I heard air leaking from my tire and immediately went over to Mavis. It was 20 minutes before they were closing and I didn’t have an appointment but they were gracious enough to take my SUV into the garage and fix my tire. Turns out it was nail and was an easy fix. I was very thankful for their immediate assistance and customer service.

They do work at a reasonable price, at the cost of timing of completion. Don't come here expecting your car out in 20 minutes. They take the time to make sure each customer receives equal care and equal treatment. with the volume they take, be kind to the techs and service advisors. staffing is low and demand for repairs are high. I'm happy with the price of my requested service, and not once did anyone attempt to pressure me into any sales, nor any unnecessary recommended service procedures. If you have a free day to do your car, they will get the job done right and for a good price, but allow them the time to do their work

I was run in a rush around 4pm to check my oil level and change it. Actually, they have lots of leftover works, but based on my condition, they get me in and changed it in 1hr. I was depressed before but encouraged by them. Great people, great work! Thank you!
