I try to avoid posting reviews, but this place has messed up my order countless times and I feel I’m just spending extra for less. Don’t come here in the evening! They will for sure mess something up! Today I ordered a cheesesteak sub with double provolone, double meat, peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and toasted. What I got was a toasted roll with two pieces of unmelted provolone, no onions, no peppers, single serving of steak, no salt, no pepper. Unbelievable!!! Though it is, because it happens consistently. 🫤

When someone says "I would've been less annoyed about your drink machine not working if I hadn't been ignored at the speaker and had to come in, just to see most of your staff at the door smoking." The appropriate response is /not/ "our speaker's not working." If you can put signs up about product outages, you can put a sign up for this. Your management is embarrassing and needs to learn the term "service recovery" apparently for the first time.

About a month ago I ordered food from Uber eats, had to wait 2 hours for my food! My delivery driver was standing in the sheetz for 2 hours waiting for my food. When it arrived SEVERAL items were missing. We had to actually drive there and pickup the rest. It wasn't even made. and rhey were extremely rude about it. Everytime I go I have to wait 20 minutes+ even for one item. And one time I ordered an iced coffee with cream, milk and flavors, and rhey gave me a black coffee. Very rude and extremely slow. DO NOT go to this sheetz.

My Uber driver was fast and efficient but the fact that you made my milkshake well before she arrived is dumb. Why not make shakes and such the last thing you make when doin an order ? Waste of $5.
