Overall, this hotel was okay. I have an issue with 2 things regarding my stay here and they both involve our bathroom in Room #406. Firstly, the tub. The tub is extremely slippery and all of us slipped and nearly fell. There should be some sort of grippy area(s) in the tub to prevent slips and falls. Secondly, the drain is EXTREMELY slow. See my first issue. I had to turn the shower off, mid shower, to allow some of the water near my feet to drain so that I could then wash my feet and not put them in almost ankle deep water. The staff (Eric and the other late night guy) were great, friendly and very helpful. The ladies who worked in the breakfast area were very nice and did a great job of keeping things stocked and cleaned after the guests. I'm not sure if this hotel was remodeled or not, but I noticed that the floors were quite thin. Almost as if the hotel was originally designed to be an apartment building. Lastly, the hotel should really look into installing an insect zapper or something at / near the hotel entrance / lobby. The amount of flying insects that are attracted to the lamp post outside the hotel and eventually make their way into the lobby is staggering. A+ for the staff, but some other areas should be improved.

Stayed here two nights to go to Hersey park. A 22 minute ride from the park just perfect. All the hotels closer to the park were way to expensive. This hotel was perfectly priced, very clean, all the staff was so nice said good morning before you could even open your mouth. That was a pleasure. Will definitely use them for next years Hersey park stay.

2:30 am - noticed bugs on the bed, pillows, wall, light ... immediately left the hotel. Spoke with manager Courtney Hall a few days later. She blamed me - said I should've stayed around [at 2:30 am] and the situation could've been resoled. Also said the bugs cannot be kept out of the hotel this time of year - add that to the website. Refused to refund my stay. Nearly $300 for a room shared with bugs. Buyer Beware!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because we had an early morning flight & live a couple of hours away. The hotel was only a few minutes from the airport. We parked our car there for the duration of our trip at a very reasonable rate. The shuttle service to & from the airport was very accommodating. Everything was clean & tastefully decorated.
