The company they hired to do the meter installation in our mobile home park, Beyond The Meter, apparently do not require their employees to wear masks even tho they had to come into our home. SoCal wore theirs at all times and didn't have to enter. Maybe SoCal should require more of their subs. I work at a hospital. Hope I didn't give them anything. Hope they didn't bring anything in to me.

Superb customer service by a technician that came to turn my gas on after some workers left it off, he came around 7pm...checked every appliance, fireplace, etc...he was very friendly and informative.

My experience with a request for service was excellent. The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment I'd made, he was extremely nice, very careful to make certain his equipment (ladders, tools) did not cause any damage to my office or furniture, and fixed the problem with my heater quickly - and thoroughly. I'd be happy to have him help me with any service problems in the future. The appointment process might be improved; but once made, the work was done the right way. Customer service at its best!

Do you mean the vent hose? Most plumbers install a gas shut off valve before connecting the gas supply hose to the gas house line to facilitate removing it replacement of the dryer. I don't know why anyone would install a shut off valve on any other hose which coming from a dryer and the only other one I personally know of is a vent hose.
