My experience was AMAZING. My sales consultant Willie Hailey made my process very smooth. I ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Willie kept me updated every step of the way until it arrived. Once it arrived, we test drove the vehicle to make sure it was up to my liking. Willie was very knowledgeable in terms of the vehicle, and the paperwork process. He’s very cordial, very professional and has exceptional customer service. He’s was very attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle soon. Our experience at Keffer Jeep was phenomenal! We had been to several other dealerships that morning and we decided to buy from Keffer because of their excellent customer service. I found an suv online and inquired about it. Jessica called me promptly to discuss the details and we set up an appointment for that afternoon. She went above and beyond by sending me a video of the suv because they had just received it into their inventory and didn’t have pictures posted online just yet. When we arrived that afternoon, we were a litter early for our appointment. Jessica was helping another customer and kindly asked Aaron to get us started. He did let us know that they were still detailed the suv we inquired about and offered to show us around in the meantime. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gracious as we checked out several other options. He helped us the perfect suv for our family and it was at a great price!!! The paperwork from that point was quick and smooth! My husband and I was very happy with our experience at Keffer Jeep and will absolutely be returning for future purchases!
