Karen in the appliances department is absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were buying a fridge and were stuck between 2 different models and she gave us her honest opinion on both so that we were able to make a decision. We will be back and I hope Karen is there to help us next time.

Well stocked shelves, and knowledgeable staff. Appreciate being able to bring my dog along, especially on such hot summer days. She can get some walking in while I shop.

I've never had a issue at this Lowe's until today. Usually we'd go to the one in Monroe because it's much closer but this Lowe's seems to have a better plant selection so we decided to stop by. We grabbed a few plants and some from the discounted area where we were helped by Chris who was kind enough to make sure the one he helped us grab was marked down properly. Once we were happy with our selection we went to the check out area where we informed the cashier which plants were discounted and which were full price to try to make it easier on her, but she somewhat irritated asked us how much they were marked down. We were confused since they usually know and just enter it in so we told her such and she again asked us how much. Still confused I said I'm not sure but we guessed around $3 and she continued to ask us if we were sure. We said we didn't know and asked if maybe we should get Chris the guy who helped us and she got even more irritated at us and rudely said we should know. In the end she got someone who knew what they were doing but the way she handled the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I know it was half hour till close when we left but we didn't do anything to her for her to act so irate towards us. I don't think I'll come to this location again in the future and if I do I'll go to the self checkout or something because I would not like to deal with that cashier again.

I've been coming to this Lowe's fairly consistently for 10 years, since it's by far the closest home improvement store to my home in IT. I'm sure like everywhere else, staffing is an issue, and it's been showing more and more that they've gotten more and more disorganized. The best part of today's visit was Laramie. She was awesome and very helpful at the front end. Other than her, no one else was able to assist me with a simple pricing error. Despite this being a minor problem that happens quite often at this location, the self checkout person (not Laramie, I didn't catch her name) acted indifferent, was not helpful at all, and acted like she's never seen this type of problem before. Laramie should be getting a raise/promotion!
