I will never go there again. The manager got in my vehicle to inspect it and got motor oil on my seat console, door panels and steering wheel. He said he just got through changing oil on a vehicle really!! What happen to washing your hands and checking your clothes before getting in a new vehicle and covering the seats.

I've never had an issue here. I can see what they're doing through the window and I like that they don't try to sell me other things or come up with issues that don't exist (unlike some other places). In and out pretty quick usually too. If they're busy they let you know an estimated wait. I needed a quick in/out this last time and told them I needed to be done by specific time. Right on time they had my baby despite being busy. Also, they're thorough in making sure things are right. I've been to 2 businesses before this (spaced out, different vehicle at the time) that could've caused major damage from bad work. I started going to valvoline when someone recommended. I know the price seems a bit high but if I have to pay, then I rather know it's done right and pay a little extra than have someone almost blow my engine because they pinched a gasket and oil was just pouring out (2 separate locations of a company [not valvoline] did this to me and a family member, we both almost ended up with blown engines, and yes, I left review of that company). Thank you valvoline for taking good care of my baby.
