Restrooms are always dirty and out of service. Frustrating!!! Apologies for the graphic images but they accurately represent the cleanliness of the gym.

Just had my first workout with fitness director Liz and was not disappointed, leaving the gym feeling great and had the best workout I have ever experienced. I feel I got same results in 1 workout with her than I do in a week on my own. I will definitely be looking into working with a trainer to reach my goals. Come in and talk to Liz you will not be disappointed

Don't understand all these high expectations on the reviews I've read. It's a gym, not the Ritz-Carlton for Christ's sake. The staff isn't there to be at your beckoning call. Get it there, do what you got to do and go home. If you think the bathroom is nasty, drop a duece at home before going to the gym. Membership is cheap and well worth it. You're paying 30/mo, go Google how expensive weights and equipment are. Some people man.....

I just switched from 24h fitness at the Collection Center to LA fitness in Ventura because of problems with the pool and the customer service that 24 hour fitness has. And I am very happy about the switch: #1 The LA Fitness pool has much better ventilation and air quality. You can feel that the oxygen level in the air is very high. This is very important👍. In the 24 hours fitness pool, it is hard to breathe. #2 The water is much cleaner here. The person who walked me through the rules and etc. - Shawn, was very nice, open, and friendly. He was the type of person who from the first time you meet him, you feel like you’ve known them for a long time.
