Came here to dress shop with my bridesmaids and had my flower girls with me. It was a free for all which was not a bad thing. As we were trying on things the owner began to be pushy ... my bridesmaids were getting annoyed and the little girls needed to use the restroom. As we were getting ready to leave the owner approaches us and ask if we are leaving... we tell them we r gonna get food and come back. We we are walking down the owner comes towards yelling never to come back. We were in shock!!! We had done nothing wrong and put away all our own dresses... even the employees couldn't believe he said that ... never going back for any event !!

Found the dress my daughter wanted. It was missing clips, beads were coming off, and it was dirty. Owner would not fix it or discount the dress. Super rude! Hope karma comes bad around

One of the workers was very very rude ! My sister went to go look for a bridesmaid dress. She called my sister fat straight up she said “ she’s fat” and said she didn’t fit in a medium . I told her off and she said “ that’s not nice” she kept asking if I had money to pay for the dress multiple times when I have money ! Never Again don’t recommend this store it’s the worst.

I bought my dress here on October 19 2017. After continuous searching at all those other dress shops, I finally came here for my homecoming dress. Immediately as I entered the building I was greeted with great customer service. Like I'm not exaggerating! The stores associate that customized my experience was named Sheryl! (I hope I spelled your name right) She was such a sweet woman! She helped me find the right fitting dress and made the whole process easy and not stressful. I ended up purchasing this beautiful emerald green dress with gold jewelry on the top portion of it! She was so much help considering that I had 2 days left until the actual day of the event!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHERYL AND YOU DESERVE A RAISE!
