Minus 10! This management company charged an HOA almost 274k worth of construction at our condominiums and did not obtain permits. The contractor they hired Prestige Painting didn’t build it per plans after he was turned into the contractors board! The owners son says he’s a project manager. A project manager would know to get permits! I’m filing a complaint against their license! Horrible! If any other properties want to file a complaint with the real estate licensing board with us, please let me know!! Also, DO NOT HIRE PRESTIGE PAINTING! They do not know how to read plans or obtain permits for work! REPORT THIS FRAUD!

Getting a hold of them by phone can be hard but going there in person everyone I talked to was nice and very helpful. I'll return and give it another star if the the phone improves next time I call. (They always seem to be super busy)

Not surprised with all the bad reviews. Haven't see a good one . I live on evergreen housing and it's crazy to see zombie cats walking around with a big hole on the brain . Sorry but hoa say nothing they can do. Let the infection spreading on community. Picture it's to disturbing. I'm not gonna post it.
