Put in a mobile order. Waited 20 mins just to get to a locked door and be told they are only doing drive thru. Asked to speak to a manager didn’t get a name but got a nonchalant attitude. Asked why they don’t have a sign on the mobile post and was told “they didn’t give us any” like putting a sheet paper up is so hard. No concern for me waiting, paid through the app so now I have to wait to be contacted just to get a refund . Short staff is one thing but lack of caring is another.

I placed a mobile order during my lunch hour, waited 30 minutes at the pickup parking spot, then out of frustration and noticing that they marked my order as received, which I had not, went to the drive thru. They had cones blocking it off but employees were at the store. Essentially they took my money, did not give me any food, and wasted my lunch hour. However, I can be happy that all of the employees here work for scraps and are in poverty they will never escape.

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in Savannah. The drive through is always backed up. It will take you 10 minutes to go through. The hamburger buns are hard and stale. The staff seems to not care. The lobby seems to not be open anymore even though it still lists regular hours online at McDonalds.com. I found its actually faster to drive to Montgomery Cross road location than to sit in the drive through at White Bluff. The food is better there too.

Great location, clean, updated and with a friendly staff. My food was hot, and perfect....and as a plus service was prompt. I went with a mission to add more McRibs to my 30 for 30 count, and the sandwiches did not dissapoint.
