This is the WORST lab!!! The Oceanside location is grossly understaffed and extremely disorganized. They don’t honor their hours. I scheduled a urinalysis for 3:20 & when I showed up to my appointment they said they quit taking urine samples at 3; however, the website says 3:30 & I had an appointment. 2 days later, I went without an appointment and waited 4.5 hours for them to tell me & other patients who waited for hours that they’re done for the day. Their incompetence cost me a good job. I’m completely dissapointed with this lab in Oceanside, California.

Bailey was very stressed or just a bad customer service representative. Maybe it's the people she gets, but she was very rude to me personally. Maybe I remind her of someone, idk but I definitely won't recommend this place.

Very surprised by any bad reviews. I've come here multiple times and the staff has always been so great! Appointments are easy to make and im in and out quickly!! Staff is sweet too.

I took a drug test here for my externship, the employees were very rude, the girl who took my test her name tag read “bay” she was very unprofessional and rude to me. She also separated me from my service dog as well which is against the law. I asked simple questions which she rebutted with rude answers when I just wanted to be informed about what to do. Very quick service just employee customer service needs to improve.
