Excellent place to buy from. Every product received has been top notch quality. Customer service is always incredibly helpful and they have a great selection of products. Some items are cheaper than other suppliers, some are more expensive, but I prefer to buy from them as I know it will be quality. I agree with previous comments that the website is excellent - very helpful and easy to navigate and add filters. I would recommend them.

Awesome company - I have sent many people I know to them, who now use them as their primary supplier. I order from them for both business and personal orders, here's why: 1) Website. Their website is intuitive, simple, and efficient: -sorting features are second-to-none. Sort by just about any feature, size, property (some even obscure properties are sortable) -product overview has some of the most detailed descriptors for properties, features, tolerances, etc. -product overview includes pictures that are actually accurate and helpful, both of which seem to be lacking on competitors' websites -their search bar is actually… useful. Most websites, both in and out of this industry, have horrible search features. McMaster’s search bar somehow always populates what you’re looking for and preloads options on the screen before hitting enter. 2) Inventory. Large selection of products, seems that nearly every product I’ve ever needed, including niche products, is in-stock and ready to ship same/next-day 3) Order fulfillment. If it’s in-stock, my orders have always shipped same or next-day. When will I receive this item? Add the item to your cart and it will tell you delivery date without having to load a new page. Or, go to your cart and it will tell you, item-by-item, when each product will be delivered. This allows you to substitute products for alternatives if you need the product faster. Many competitors’ websites require going to checkout screen, etc, and often only tell you when the entire order will be delivered.

Excellent, I arrived 50 minutes after my appointment and they received me without any problem and assigned me a door at once, yes THE TRAFFIC HERE IS TERRIBLE, THE TRAFFIC OF ALL ILLINOIS IS TERRIBLE... 😅😅😅
