Oren in the mens department was one of the least helpful workers ever. Oscar the manager there was a lot better. Oren claims to have worked in retail for 30 years, maybe it’s time to move on.

Don’t shop here. Go to Nordstrom. Bought a swim attire set. Went home and pulled it out of the bag to pack for my trip and cut off the tags. Then I notice there is a big rip down the back of the shorts. This was not noticed at checkout by me or the cashier. Came back 6 days later to return and they are trying to get out of refunding because the tags are off. Both items were unworn. And one of the two pieces of the e matching set game ripped. Their solution was to connect me via email with the general manager rather than addressing the situation promptly. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t my first time shopping here, have bought plenty from this store alone. Won’t be spending any more money here. Nordstrom cares about you and assists you on the spot, while Bloomingdale’s just tries to steal your money and sell subpar ripped clothing.

I love how personal and elegant my shopping experiences have been with most of the employees. They've gotten to know me now they call me by my name. Best three employees are Willie from Bobby Brown, Marcus from MAC and the older, wonderful and knowledgeable lady from Joe Malone.

An expensive and bougie store for expensive and bougie people. The staff are friendly enough. It's very large, with three floors all together. It has men's, women's, intimates, household, luggage, and more. It has LOTS of makeup and perfume so they store is very smelly in the perfume sense. There are many employees at the ready to help you.
