I ordered the quesadilla burger to go and the tortilla shell wasn’t toasted at all therefore causing it to be very soggy and was falling apart when I took it out of the plate. I love that dish and will never order from that location again!!!

We went there for the Irresisti-bowls that was advertised. However, that isn't what we got. The food was not ready at the same time so mine, my husband's and our son's were cold and also lacked any flavor. The apps were ok. The service was slow due to staffing shortage. The manager did comp my son's fish & chips. But everyone else's meal was sub par as well. I don't think we'll be going back. We'll stick with TGI Fridays.

My family and I live across town and stopped here to get dinner got all the way home placed food on the table and realized that we had five orders and none of them had their sides. So I called Applebee's and told them what I was missing drove back out there the next day and was refunded my money for the missing food items and for my troubles the Manager that was on duty gave me a discount coupon for my next visit which was greatly appreciated. I just wanted to say Thank you to Ray for making things right and keeping my family as loyal customers!!

The food was good but service could have been better. There was hardly any customers there when we went but had to wait over 45mins just to get drinks. The staff was slow. The waiter we had was friendly however and apologized for the delay.
