This shop has steadily been going downhill over time. Today there was a strong unpleasant odor inside, it took way too long, and the smoothie I always order was just terrible (bland, tastes like dirty water, strange color, runny/foamy consistency). Literally undrinkable, if I had another 15 minutes I’d have asked them to re-make it. Waste of time and money, I won’t be going here anymore.

I ordered online just to show up and find the place wasn’t open. I waited even though I had already received a text saying my order was ready (but they weren’t open yet?). I picked up my food and went home. I always get the same smoothie but this one was literally not edible due to the amount of ginger in it and it was the consistency of water. I also got a breakfast wrap. When I bit into I was overwhelmed by the smell and taste of burnt plastic. I’ve been coming to this location for years but lately it’s really gone downhill. I will drive to the Cary location instead since their survive and quality is always exceptional. I suggest anyone else do the same.

My family and I ordered delivery from this location tonight and I was so disappointed in their food. I order from TS frequently and have never had an issue. However, the 3 quesadillas and 1 avocado grilled cheese was awful, we had to throw it all out. The avocado grilled cheese had sour avocados, quesadillas were hard and not cut in fours. We were missing all of the salsas we ordered, even extras. The chicken pesto was cold but edible. The only good thing we had were the 2 smoothies. When trying to get customer service through the app, you have to submit a request with comments and give your info. So now, after spending over $50 in food I have to wait and hope for the best. I do not recommend this location.

I just recently started ordering from Tropical Smoothie Cafe because I was looking for healthier meals. The smoothies are wonderful, and once I tried the Apple Kale Slaw....I was hooked. My disappointment with the order I placed today is the portion size I received with my order. I literally got one fork full (what you see is all I got). I'll try one more online order, and if the portions are not sufficient, I'll have to discontinue ordering online. Hope it doesn't come to that. Other than that...good place to eat.
