Wife and I stopped in for a quick pint and Meal. Wasn't a horrifying experience by any means, but there's much better value to be had less than a 5 minute walk in any direction. Place is In genuine need of a breath of life from somewhere, as there's no reason it should be garnering reviews like mine - The location and view are incredible, and the actual space is clean and relatively well maintained (sports bar/craft beer focused) but the execution is lacking severely. Staffing issues were readily apparant upon entry as well (given the wait, despite no crowd). Grabbed a classic, well distributed craft beer at the the bar while we waited for a table outside (OMB Alt - pictured) and was served it in a filthy glass. Beer reeked of some combination of diacytyl and thioalcohols/bacteria (sweet movie theater butter and dirty gym clothes smells). 100% without a doubt a QA/draft line issue at service - I'd had the same beer served perfectly a day prior literally down the road. We eventually got seated and waited around another 10 minutes with no acknowledgement and by then we were fairly turned off by the entire experience, and decided to walk out. A real shame really as I've been in the craft beer industry for a while now and was excited to finally stop in here for a beer. Atomsphere definently felt more "dive bar" than craft focused despite the branding and reputation, and frankly my experience entirely reflected that. I imagine it's a great place to share some domestic pints and catch a game on TV, but definently not what I expected.

We waited for about 2o mins before anyone came to us, then about another 30 mins before someone took are order had to get the manager involved poor customer service and poor food. Barely any toppings in my nachos

Good food/drinks and a prime time location downtown, but you’re guaranteed poor service. This place has so much potential but the 5-6 times I’ve been, it’s a 3 hour process because of waiting for server for food/drink/checks. If you go I’d recommend putting in orders for food, drink, and also ask for check while you have server around.

College spot through and through - lower your expectations and you’ll be probably fine. Garbage service. Food is fine. Drinks are fine. Mandatory gratuity after a certain time and quite frankly, it is unnecessary… pure money grab and an excuse for bad service post 9pm. It gets the job done but don’t expect much. Your money is best spent elsewhere but if you’re in a pinch, go for it.

Most of the time they are pretty good! Maybe it was extra crowded.

No to all the above. You pay to park unless you can find a spot on the street. Weekends you pay flat fees of $5-$10 in the parking lots or decks.
It's like everywhere else. You protect yourself when entering and you're seated at an appropriate distance from others. Once you're sat down, you're able to unmask yourself to eat and drink. They're following appropriate protocol at this point and continuing to meet guidelines set in place for the publics safety.
Absolutely.
