I don’t know who is leaving all these fake reviews but they’re full of it (if I could give them no stars, I would). Let me start by saying that this place is disgusting, poorly managed, not maintained, and EXPENSIVE. I finally got tired of being given the run around on pricing and trying to extend my storage contract for one day, yes, I said ONE day, so I finally left today and was sure to tell everyone how this place will rob you of your money and barely secure their belongings (please see photo for the world’s longest standing order to fix a broken door) because the door has been broken for at least 4 months, at the absolute LEAST. Every time I ask the woman when the door will be fixed, I get the same answer, “we’re waiting on a part”. Apparently, they must order their parts through Wish. The “manager”, a rude woman named Leyde, told me that the unit needed to be cleared by 5pm or they “would move me out”. Funny enough, this woman has the gall to email me at 430pm and harass me about someone else’s belongings. There is nothing clean about this place. They don’t even provide a trash receptacle on-site for customers paying almost $250 per month. I have come there on multiple occasions where there was trash and vagrants right outside the units I rent. Last time I checked, we’re paying for security and the right to not be harassed while getting things out of my unit. Today, my wife needed to use the restroom, and it was “being cleaned” (see photos once again for the reason why it was really out of order). Do yourself a favor now and run in the opposite direction when they offer you a contract. For those of you who are still there, I hope that you read this and find better accommodations elsewhere. Hassle free, could do everything online. Was easily accessible for my needs and affordable with their ongoing promotions. Staff was always helpful and any changes in rate (I was on a promo signing) that was coming up I was informed about ahead of time. Would continue to use CubeSmart in the future if needed!
