Today the old lady their was so rude I didn't order what I want because she stated she was trying to talk on the phone to her doctor about her not working anymore she said to me I was trying to take your order and talk to her doctor on the phone very rude and the fries I order she came to drive thru with them in her hand no bag went back and put them in a bag I get home and they had hair on them this lady is nasty and rude yes she stated that she was not to work anymore well truth be told yeah she needs to be let go of she got some health issues and attitude problems so happy I was raised in a christian home other then that I think it would have went left please put this old lady in a retirement home to calm her nerves

Worse customer service ever! No one can tell me my total until I “pull around to the first window”. Can’t even repeat my order to me then get mad when they get the food wrong. Save your time and go somewhere else!!!

Why is it, that even the simplest of orders is prepared incorrectly?!? I don't know, but McDonald's is I think, well known for that. Plus the food is getting really expensive, specially for what you get.

I wanted a quick bite to eat and got a 🍔 quarter pounder combo the food was good and hot, but the size of my drink was small 🤔 wasn't sure if this was the norm; this was the first time here at this McDonald's but, at other McDonald's your regular combo is usually served with a medium or large drink. 🥤🧋. The drive thru service was quick.
