I went through the drive through this morning and was really impressed with the customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the lady that took my order but Denise at the window really displayed a positive attitude and radiance that caused me to smile. Keep up the great work!

This is one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A. Cleanliness and friendly staff. It is always the best one! 🙂

Had a sour experience here today. Family is visiting from abroad and they lived Chik Fil A, after a long day we got to our closest one a few minutes before closing. Doors were open and we were all very happy "we made it!" they closed the doors behind us and the person in front of us took a long time as he was complaining he had some food missing from the drive through which they were very apologetic and fixed. However, when it was our turn the worker said "Sorry we are closed" we were so dumbfounded and disappointed. I guess we'll go to other locations from now on.

Consistently disappointed with the portion control here. The fries are consistently filled only 2/3rds the way up the container and had sandwiches that were very small. Was so suspect I even weighed one and it was only 2 and a quarter ounces, not including the bun. Yesterday evening I actually counted out the fries as well and there were 2 entire fries, 4 quarter fries and maybe a half a dozen little scraggly pieces, which didn't even make it up to halfway in the container. Staff is always friendly and cleanly, but a great deal of improvement needs to be made back in the kitchen!

No, because the eggs are recalled and they do not have any. And no, they cannot just buy eggs from the grocery store, they have set suppliers.
