A one star rating is very generous for this group. While the Staff themselves are always going to be some mixture of capable and useless, I found it was the supervisors who were a SERIOUS problem. The people who were supposed to be in charge were so bumbling and unprofessional that they ended up being a liability to our multimillion dollar event. Never again will we make the mistake of using this pathetic excuse for a staffing agency, and if you must hire them, remember anyone who is SENIOR enough to have their names stitched on their uniforms aren't worth the thread they used to do so.
