The folks at this DMV office are the nicest I've ever met. Especially Ms Sandy. She was patient and diligent in solving an issue with my current driver's license having wrong information attached to it. I was not at fault for the incorrect information and Ms Sandy found the origin and corrected it. Definitely five star customer service from Ms Sandy.

Completely understaffed, but NOT the employees fault. The employees are relatively pleasant considering the circumstances. If you plan on doing ANYTHING here, make SURE you make an appointment.

The darling lady at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, you wouldn’t know you’re at a DMV. Handles the chaos all on her own with so much kindness. I wanted to clap for her with each person she assisted with grace. Bless her for staying sane. She needs at least another person at the desk.

Yes you can, they would give you a ticket number and an office type cubicle with a # would blink with your number to help you

Make sure you have proof of NC car insurance first and it's paid. If you do not have a title make sure you give them the company that has the title. Have your NJ license. Make sure you get to MV early because you will be waiting
SS card, birth certificate and proof of address like on a power bill, phone bill or credit card statement
