I give them a 1 and that’s cumulative based on last 4 times I have been here over the last 6 months. Usually they do not have what you order to the point I actually thought they just didn’t want to cook it. I go alot at nights and nobody is ever in the drive through when other restaurants are busy busy. The employees at the window are not nice at all. No pleasantries what so ever. One time I ordered a 2 piece all white and was told after they don’t have any white that they ran out. So I ordered a dark meal. She said oh I’m sorry we are out of dark too. WHAT? What are you selling exactly?? This morning the DT WKR; How can I help you…ME Yes I’ll have blah blah. Them: pull around. Me: get to window and she takes my card with no words..Hands me bag and card. No words whatsoever. To the contrary the other Carolina Beach location is fabulous and friendly but also out of my way by like 6 miles round trip. Corporate needs to take a hard look at this location and performance and make some major changes. If you go to this location you will feel like a bother!

I am giving this a two-star rating because the food was really good. The customer service was terrible on the other hand! When we pulled up to the drive-thru, the voice on the intercom clearly said welcome to Bojangles, we have no bone-in chicken, and we are taking straight up cash only! This was said it was kind of rude and loud however I understand that a lot of places have limitations at times. The tone was not welcoming. We did order food and the food was good however the lady at the window thew our bag out to us and made a comment that, 'everything is in the bag shorty!. 'Then she did not count out the $83 in change when she gave it to us, she kind of put it together and threw it in his hand and drop half to coins on the parking didn't apologize. Didn't seem to care. Just bad customer service all around on this night

Staff was rude and ignored us. We were told no dark meat was available at the time and would have to wait. I think they expected us to take all white meat. When we said we would wait they rolled their eyes. Would never come back there. When we finally got our chicken, some of it was dry and the briskets were also. Embarrassed our guests.

These were so hard you could not even break them into. This location has to be the slowest and worst food ever. They don't care and you can tell it.
