I moved in going on 5 months now and love it here. Just the way I was hoping it would be. Very clean and very nice people, the management are new and so far, seems to be good. There is always room for improvements and happy to be here to help make it an exciting place to be.

It's a manufactured home community and very doubtful.

No water no sewer no trash. You have to clear the fence with management. $53. To City for services.
