After my mom renting here for nearly 5 years I am very upset in the fact that they took it vantage of an elderly lady she recently relocated and wasn’t sure if she was going to be surrounding her unit or just removing some of her stuff upon which she called in and was informed by a lady named Linda that all she had to do was surrender the unit and if she already paid for that month depending on how far along you are in that month they would refund a prorated amount which is fine however upon surrendering keys the lady submitted her payment and then stated because she already paid it was nonrefundable then we said well we’ll keep the unit and will put in our a proper notice she said no notice needed regardless they’re going to keep the deposit then she said she spoke to a supervisor aware of the situation to dispute it with the bank and that the supervisor would approve it she seemed very shaky and unsure and 100% non-knowledgeable she was left right up and down with all the information I feel that my elderly mother was taken advantage of so please take into consideration a second option before renting her it is not OK to mislead elderly or take it vantage of anyone in general very dissatisfied I was a previous renter myself and I am disgusted by the situation
