Although the area is a little run down looking, there are plenty of cameras for security and tons of storage unit nearby. Plus there is ton of space between storage units to pass by other people that are currently storing items. And on top of that they have the absolute best customer service!!! Thank you Bianca and Pablo for such a smooth and welcoming experience!!!

My stuff there for over 5 years.Then my unit was broken into.They took my suitcases full of Levi's all my clothes, Beatle books, I had since '64. My family's pictures.Hugre box of beautiful rings, watches, bracelets,etc.All my large collections of DVD'S CD'S.MY STEREO, RECORDS,SHOES,ALOT MORE! MY THINGS CAN'T BE REPLACED.EVER!I WAS HURT BADLY OVER THIS!NO, SECURITY, CAMERAS, ALARMS.??? I'M DEVISTAYED!

Been here 2 months now and the gate access hours have been the same as the office hours at least 3 or4 times now. Most inconvenient, stressing, frustrating and very costly to me personally.
