I worked there as a meatcutter P/T in the early 90s and it was an impeccably managed operation and appears to be same today. The perishables were properly handled and if there was any question about spoilage the items were thrown out. The prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but worth it.

Had a bad experience with one of the employees working self checkout on Sunday 2/27/22 around 1pm. His name was D***e. I hope he is spoken too about his behavior and fired. He is a bad look to the company. I needed help in the checkout line, my light was blinking over the station I was at, I made contact with him... He rushed over there with an annoyed looked, reached over, didn't speak or anything....I said " do you know what I need"... He said" "yeah I know"... And long story short, he didn't know what I needed, he also just reached over me in my personal space. I did speak with a manager on duty who was very pleasant, but the other young man was out of line.

Best grocery shopping experience in town, with the best resident in-house sushi chef (Zaw)! Management pays attention to details here an it shows. Always a pleasure, unlike the other chains in town that are somewhat mis-managed.
