Update. Trey Fulcher will take your money and it ends there. ZERO customer service. Read his other reviews. I am now reaching out to the manufacturer (who answers their phone) and even they can't get an answer from Trey. Hoping for a return phone call? You guys don't answer the phone and you don't return calls. I left a message Monday and about 3-4 weeks prior to that. Supply chain issues are understandable. Not returning phone calls is inexcusable. I would simply like an update on my order. We have called 6 times and left 2 messages.

We ordered 2 chairs for our deck back in September and was told 6-8 weeks. Paid a deposit when ordered and we are still waiting in January. Return our deposit and we'll forget this fiasco happen. If we need to pursue legal action, we will.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased furniture at Leisure World 14 years ago. It was great quality and very comfortable. It still looks good after all this time, outside year round on my porch. Two of my chairs broke this year and I wanted to replace them. The company no longer makes those chairs, but Leisure World very kindly offered to see if they could fix them. They repaired both chairs and wouldn’t let me pay them for the repairs! You don’t get such great customer service very often anymore and I greatly appreciate it!

We purchased an entire set of Kingsley Bate last Spring furniture for our screened deck . Trey was fantastic - he helped us decide what style size and construction would be best. He made suggestions but did not "hover". Price for quality was a good value. . Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him to a friend. COVID brought challenges with the manufacturer but he kept us updated until the furniture was delivered in time for July 4. But... now we have an outstanding warranty issue. Multiple emails with photos, a return visit to the store and another email. Trey is no longer responding. The furniture is teak an needs to be oiled but cannot be until repaired. Extremely disappointed. UPDATE - Trey has replaced the chair. I will update to 4 stars. ( only because communication could have been better)
