Let me reply to Archers reply. They wanted to fix the leak on my washing machine. I didn't say anything about having a leaking washing machine nor has the machine been leaking. Next, I was quoted $350 for the timer switch which can be bought new online for $50. It deceptive to say that the repairs are included and that you just have to pay for the parts if the parts are marked way up. I got charged 5% for using a credit card. I wasn't given a chance to pay with check. They said I needed stuff that I didn't really need on my washing machine. The bill would have been about $600 to fix an old washing machine. The fridge was $1100 to fix the water to the ice maker. I did used to buy appliances from them for a decent price. $200 to tell me this. Very poor value for what I got.

We called Archers out to replace our ice maker on our inside refrigerator on Aug 16, 2021 and all was well. Here we are just a little over four months from then and our brand new ice maker is no longer working. We called Archers today to ask if this was still covered under warranty only to be told that the 90 day warranty was up and there was nothing they could do besides send another repairman out with another service fee, other parts needed, etc. The lady we spoke with showed no sympathy to our situation and acted as if she could care less that our brand new ice maker was now not working only a few weeks after their “warranty” expired. Not to mention we spent over $500 with them in our initial experience as they also fixed a cooling unit on our additional refrigerator in our garage. I totally understand businesses are in it to make money but the lack of customer service and compassion from this business will leave us never referring them our using them ever again. We were asking for absolutely nothing for free and were expecting to pay something for the new repair but find it a bit absurd they were asking us to pay full price to have another serviceman out to even diagnose the issue.

I dealt with Rowan (Rowanne?) who was very friendly but also very professional. She helped me get a fridge I wanted, black or stainless, within my budget and in a timely manner. She came back to me with an awesome fridge that was BOTH black and stainless! We had to wait just a couple days to seal the deal but that was because the team needed to properly stress test the refrigerator before sending it out to me. This was unexpected but it felt like the right idea and was appreciated. They delivered the fridge to my second floor kitchen flawlessly. Thank you Archer's and thank you Rowan!
