I went to Food Lion this morning and a cashier named Angela came up and we started chatting. I mentioned the product I was looking for and she continued diligently to find it for me. It was a wonderful act of great customer service. Then I went to the dairy section and the shelf was empty for what I wanted. I asked a young man by the name Evan if they had you in the back. After looking for a bit of time he came out and scanned the code on the shelf. He said the scanner stated they had some but he had already looked everywhere. I thanked him for checking and continued to shop. Before I left the store he had found me with the product I had asked for. He had continued to look. Excellent customer service. You have an All-Star team playing this morning. Thank you

I have to revise my earlier assessment. As Food Lions all through the Southwest have improved immensely and if you sign up 4 MVP rewards and emails you can save so much more than ever before! Example I spent 41 dollars after MVP rewards and auto saving coupons my total was 19 dollars! The quality of merchandise and prices you just can't beat!👍👍

The store is usually pretty clean. Unless people are worried about another wipeout of a certain product, the shelves are usually well stocked. The upkeep of the produce section is always on the better side. Even in a rush the employees are pretty helpful.
