Let me start by saying I have been going here for 6 years back under the original owners and have never had a bad experience until now. I dropped off my phone and paid upfront for a case, the repair, and a screen protector. I was helped by a nice young lady who’s name I can’t remember. I came back after the quoted time frame to pick up my phone and a gentleman who’s name was not given was not aware that I had already paid for my phone and gave me the total with tax not to include case or screen protector (no big deal) he wanted to verify and left my phone with me as he wondered into the back. MY PROBLEM IS to my surprise a message popped up on my phone stating a non genuine display was detected. The gentleman is gone for several moments and I was already in a rush so I shouted to him that I was leaving and assured him I already paid. When I got home I noticed my phones brightness and colors were way duller than usual even with my brightness at max. As I am typing this lengthy review , the keyboard is lagging missing spaces and letters too. The phone is only a few months old and have no issues other than breaking the original screen. Very disappointed that I spent 200$ just for a screen replacement and my phone is honestly worse than it was with the broken screen. I will definitely call around next time before bringing my phone back here.

Quick fix is my go to for any phone issues. They are super helpful and professional, I have been a few times before. Today I went in because my phone wasn’t charging and Lulu was helping me, she had it fixed within minutes, awesome experience !

This please is great. I got a piece of my charger stuck in my phone and I couldn’t get it out. I took it to these guys and they fixed it in less than two minutes. Amazing service.

Hey! We follow all of the states recommended guidelines for Covid 19. Also, we are currently operating curbside service only. For curbside: no customer is welcomed inside the store but instead we come to you outside for collection of device, payment and the return of your device. All staff members are required to where a mask and sanitize all objects entering and leaving our store. I hope this information was helpful!
