The manager, Colin, provides excellent customer service. He really takes the time to make the customer feel welcome and important. I watched him work with an elder lady and he apologized to me for the wait. Frankly, I enjoyed watching how thorough and considerate he was with her as I knew I would get the same quality service. As I prepared to depart, I observed his interaction with two ladies eager to switch their service to T-Mobile, specifically because they appreciated the service provided to them by Colin at his prior place of employ. This exemplifies why I switched to T-Mobile and will remain a loyal customer. The phone service is great as well! I use it for Internet as well as phone, and I predominately work on the computer. No problems with the service in 5 years! Kudos to T-Mobile!

Best service I have ever had was with this store. I recently purchased an S22 ultra and this store under the leadership of Store Manager Colin Reaves got me the best possible deal which was very confusing at the time Sprint Merged with T Mobile. I was very happy with how they expertly navigated my purchase, and I am very satisfied with the phone and T Mobile. Most recently, I misplaced my S22 and returned to the store to get a replacement. Manager Colin Reaves helped me locate the phone at the store I had lost it and spent a significant amount of time helping me get into my Samsung account when I didn't have the password. He showed me how to locate my phone and how to erase the phone data if I absolutely had to and looked up my insurance for the phone and gave me the instructions to secure a replacement. He helped ring my phone when I returned to the store, I lost it in and helped me strategize how to respond to the person that inadvertently picked up my phone. I was able to retrieve my phone in a matter of hours. It would have been easy for Manager Reaves to tell me, “Sorry about your luck" and just give me a phone number to call but he didn't and went the extra mile to help me. I cannot say how much I appreciated his help and T Mobile. Highly recommend Brian Bocnuk
