I could not get in without an appointment, but I was given my reps email. I emailed her about an urgent matter, and she called me immediately. BUT the $634 they charge for a copy of HOA rules, CC&R'S should be a crime. This is industrywide. A crime!

We live in the Las Playas community, apparently this company manages our swimming pools which people use every day. These guys turned off the heater making it useless. A lot of people depend on our pools for exercise..

This will be a living review Initial review 10/22/2019: 1 star I just moved into an HOA managed by GRG. I have left messages and sent an email and never received a response (the receptionist is responsive). Current rating is 1 star. Will adjust upward if any fruitful interactions take place over the course of time that I live in this community. So far, not looking good. Update 10/24/2019: bumping 1 -> 3 stars Review was noticed and I have now received a satisfactory email response to an inquiry from the person that manages the HOA for my community.
