In my opinion, they are the old. The ones that you have to twist and line up the arrows in the same direction. I don't care which one it is. But I do care about paying $2.54 which beats just about Every one else

This, as far as I know having pumped fuel here about 20-30 times, is just a Compressed Natural Gas fueling station. I have not seen any sort of weigh station here.
