Poorest customer service skills ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! When the agents see thats there's a line they SSSSSLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW.. . . . Slow slow slow slow down. LBC Hq needs to evaluate their agents because this location puts a BAD name for the company. If I had a better choice of sending door to door boxes I would but unfortunately the other cargo companies take longer to get to the Philippines. If there was a 0 star rating I would not be the only one giving this place a 0 star!!!!

Very rude, easy to get annoyed agent who helped me last time i went. She seems unhappy and short tempered at slightest thing. Very standoffish and argumentative. I also notice the agents like to chit chat, which slows things down and they easily get lost in transition and have to ask me repeated questions. I've used them in the past and found their customer service online, email, and phone very unresponsive. The first time i mailed a package, some items were missing on arrival to my wife in Pinas. I sent email complaining and they responded quickly. I was supposed to get follow up, but never heard back after several attempted emails. I tried calling and got passed around and all they could say was "yes sir". No power to do anything, robots! They got my money and don't care about happy customer, which is typical for Pinas. I'm Filipino and it's true businesses there only want your money, customer service is not in their vocabulary or mindset. After 3 bad experiences, we decided to not use LBC.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. No one showed up or called for pick up time. Called them 2 times before pick up time and both agents said it was verified and confirmed. Called before 6 pm and the agent said it was confirmed but not manifested. WTH. Poor communication skills, no one apologized for the inconvenience. No one answered my question as to why no one called for an update or said that no pick up will happen today. Wasted a whole day waiting.
