Terrible customer service I found my own accessories with no help then waited 20 min to check out at which point in time someone cut the line, I shouldn’t have to yell at other customers to uphold the morality of common decency but then of course there’s a reason why they are clerking isn’t there.

They don’t price match clearance pricing from competitors in the same shopping complex. Unreal! Target was trying to send us to Escondido to pick up this tv so we stopped by Best Buy in the same complex and learned they had it available.. this is not a display model price btw.. and the manager of this store could not care less to try and move LARGE inventory and price match their competitor less than 100 yards away

This store, and probably whole company does not honor offers. Did not have a sale item, and referred me to another store where they promised I could pick it up the next day. The sale had ended overnight, and the Encinitas store did not inform me! They refused to give me contact information for the regional manager! I've spent thousands of dollars in that store over the years, and certainly will not set foot in there again. If you're looking for a legit company, avoid this place like the plague! Even grocery stores will offer a rain check if they're out of a sale item. They'll soon go the way of Circuit CIty and Frye's

You can go to any best buy for customer service.
I depends if you purchased protection for the TV at the time of sale. You can call Best Buy and easily get an answer if you purchased it with that TV. If you dont have protection then go through Sony.

there are many how-to videos on YouTube i did it my self on my galaxy note 5 and broke the rear cover. I suggest to take it too the pro's
Should be pretty quick. Give them a call and they will give you an estimate of time.
I'd reccomend a Chromebook. They are great for emailing, browsing the web and watching streaming content.
