Manager on duty was bothered by me asking for help when I wanted to buy fish. She then proceeded to tell she knew nothing about fish. I had asked to be sure I got vibrant healthy fish. I stepped up to look at what she was catching for me. She snapped and told me to step back because of COVID. She should have been wearing a mask if she was so worried. She was extremely rude. I walked out. Went to the Petco off Williamson Road...received AMAZING SERVICE. Horrible experience at the Towers Location! Go the extra mile to the Williamson Road location.

I made an appointment for my dogs to get groomed. The groomers were very kind and communicated clearly about appointment times and ways to save on future visits should I choose to come back. They loved on my dogs and took great care of them. I would give 5 starts to the groomers if I could. However, the lady at the front register and the manager were extremely rude. When asked and answered how much I wanted to tip, she proceeded to tell me their pay is on tips only as if I should contribute more, she gave be grief about using a coupon, and when explaining their rewards program which requires a monthly payment in order to get discounted dog food, I explained we get our food from somewhere else and began telling me how I was essentially an irresponsible dog owner for 'not reading the ingredients in the food I put in my dogs face', simply because it wasn't bought in their store. I want to go back for the job well done by the groomers, but am already dreading having to checkout and listen to the speech of how I should tip more, donate more to local dog shelters, not use coupons, and pay $15/month to pay more for their 'organic' dog food.

Very clean inside, and my dog really enjoyed his dog toy! Just wish the price was a bit cheaper. I could go to TJ Maxx and get three toys for the price of one there. Though definitely a great selection of small animals and reptiles for people looking to purchase one of those. :)

Tried to go there twice in the last two days, both times the store was closed before the stated times. One day an hour early, today 2 and a half hours early. 2/3 times I have actually made it before it closed to get my dog’s nails trimmed, they forgot to trim so of them.
