Terrible service, poor attitudes, and very rude

The video circulating of the male owner beating a woman and throwing her the store is appalling including the racial slurs used toward the black woman simply asking for a refund. Do not shop here!

Never been here. But the video showing the actions of a coward treating that woman like that who just wanted a 10 dollar refund, don't deserve business. From anyone. Wonder what made him think it was ok to do that...

Very disappointed in this store and the owners. Not professional at all. They have animals so there is one thing.

Yes 179 - there are 2 in there as of Monday evening
They have such a high turnover of snakes, your best bet is to either call them or go by the store. I'm in there at least once a week and sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't.
We currently do not but we have had them before and are happy to get your name and number and call you when we do
I'm sure this is too late to help the OP, but for anyone else with no experience attempting to gain employment anywhere, don't get discouraged at your lack of experience, just simply remind the employee conducting your interview that you may be fresh on the job market, but because of that, you have no prior habits to break that may be catered to someone else's way of doing things. You are excited about being able to learn how to do things the way that the company you applied for requires them to be done. That's usually a pretty good selling point to bring to their attention. Good luck to anyone that may read this!
We have an excellent groomer - she does dogs, cats, and birds plus offers services for reptiles, small mammals, and just about any other animal that needs nails clipped, etc. She has over 14 years experience and we do free pics around the holidays once they are all groomed (ex - we have a sled and christmas scene for christmas and a kissing booth for Valentines day) - pricing is awesome too!
They start between 89 and 99 and go up from there
Take it to the vet. Unless you already have the proper meds to clean and treat his wounds.
They will take fish and things like that a lot of the time, not sure about rodents or birds.
I am not really certain there are bearded dragons mills per se like puppy mills but we get the majority of ours from a breeder we know. The rest come from various breeders and some we purchase from customers even.
Yes we do have others available
Unfortunately parakeets have went up tremendously and are no longer under $30.
They do refunds and exchanges as far as I can remember
Same as everywhere else
They get in a various amounts. They currently have parakeets, a quaker, diamond doves, a black cap conure, a blue and gold macaw, and two eclectus'! You can also message their Facebook page and they respond super quick there!
Neighborhood of 30 dollars..we purchased a budgie for like 30 and change. The birds are healthy here. Clean facility..staff is excellent
Sometimes they get the reef nutrition. Trig pods, not always in stock tho
Right behind Famous Anthony's on Williamson in Hollins. It's in the same Plaza as Roses and the Post Office.
They run around $15-30/each.
Thank you! Yeah, that's why I didn't just dump them in the nearest lake.
Im not sure. They do have a wide variety of snakes and they are absolutely beautiful.
Get some safe water treatment your water is to hard
If they do not have any in stock they can order them for you. Hope this helps
Their phones are down, because of a issue with cox.
Yes
They sell animals, and do simple trimming on some animals
We received blue velvet and cherry yesterday and may have some others as well.
No
They get in all sorts of morphs for ball pythons so they might have them or you can request to get one in.
Yes - we sell all sizes in both frozen and live
Yes I believe I have seen pond pumps and equipment in there
Hello! Yes we can take them in - anytime between 10am and 7pm is fine
Hello Super Squid - We have at least 6 of them possibly more.
Best to call them
Last time I was there they had 1.. The stock they get varies by state laws and by breeders. The staff are super informative and friendly so just give them a call
It varies depending on age and our overall cost. On average 2500.
Insurance reasons
Yes all animals are welcome in our store :)
It honestly depends on which breeder we get it from and what they charge us for it
Yes they have a few species of turtles, but slider turtles are illegal to sell in Virginia as they are native.
sometimes - it just depends on size, current stock, price, etc
Yes! We sell a large selection of supplies for small mammals and we do also have rabbits for sale
NO
I am sure they can but they don't monitor this site so call them and ask
Right now lots of ball pythons, red tail boas, they have a carpet python that is super sweet, children's pythons, a western hognose and they might still have a bull snake. There's lots more too. They get new animals in all the time :)
Yep! Call to ask if they have them in stock!
Yes we sure do - we have a good variety and we typically get in new plants every Tuesday and Friday. We also large plants for ponds
They usually have a very good selection. A normal ball python was around $60 last time I went which was a week ago.
We sold a lot of koi this weekend and I think we are out of black & white but we should have some more on Wednesday afternoon
They don't check this site, you should call them.
They do. Our office fish tank developed a leak and all but one of our fish died. That took it in sence we had no ther tank or place to keep her.
Depends on how much time you are willing to put into it I suppose. My son does well with an animal he can bond and interact with ( just got him a guinea pig and they have already bonded well) gerbils aren't very keen on being handled a bunch in my experience. I think they both eliminate about the same quantity, but with a guinea pig it can be trained to use a potty box with some effort so less cleaning time. You can find used large cages designed for a guinea pig for cheap on fb market place (i did 😁) food cost and bedding will be about the same for both.
The only cockatiels right now were handed and extremely tame. The parent fed ones typically run between 119 and 139 depending on breeder
