The staff was extremely helpful and patient as I tried on a harness on my boy Beau. I don't remember his name but we did try on several before I decided on the one I wanted. Also he took us to a back room where Beau could try on the harness and not be in danger of running away. It was a good experience for both Beau and myself.

Yes they have guinea pigs and if your in the Roanoke/Salem area you can also go to exotic and aquatics and they should have some
