I had high expectations coming in. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. The atmosphere was loud this day, with 4 men as if a ball game was on. No one said anything. So I ordered a steak it was seasoning well but ice cold along with the the sides. I sent the steak back twice along with the sides, which were ice cold. In addition, one of the assist servers wanted to be a comedian, while they were providing bad service and cold food. No manager check in on us are anything. When I go out to eat, I expected hot food prepared accordingly. I think that they can do better and they should be intention about doing better. If Chick fil A out performs you and your business is designed to provide superior service, then your managers, staff and cooks should look themselves in the mirror. So I wish that your business improve in these areas, good luck. But it will have to be for the next person because I want return.

The food and service are both excellent. The overall appearance of the restaurant is very nice definitely not noisy. You can enjoy your food and company. Just keep in mind that everything is a la carte and the price can get mighty high. The vegetable sides are sized for sharing though.

Lobster Bisque was lukewarm. Service great. A la carte pricing adds up quickly to very expensive evening.

Service is good. Everything else is bad. First impression is the bread. It taste like the bread is at least 2 month old. It’s a steakhouse, so I order stead. When the steak is served, it is over cooked, taste bitter. Told the server and they made us a new one. This time the outside is slightly over cooked, but better than last time, the center is under cooked, we ordered medium, the steak is medium rare. Cannot recommend this place. I give it overall a 2 star mainly for the service. The food doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Anyway, if you see this comment, you’d better find a outback or Texas.

Yes, why limit Thanksgiving to turkey? It's about celebrating with family!
I believe so. It's best to call though to confirm.
Frankie Rowland's is spacing out tables. Servers are very considerate of wearing masks. Customers are coming with masks and wearing their masks in and out of the restaurant. It is a safe option to celebrate with your family.
Absolutely, all the servings are large. My wife and I split the Porter House, salad and the side. The onion rings are huge.
Its not a secret. Google Frankie Roland's menue and it will tell you everything.I remember tipping the waitress 70.00 bucks. If that scares you dont go and miss out on best restaurant in possibly all of Virginia.
