Went here due to a flat tire. It took almost 2 hours just for them to come and tell me that my tire needed to be replaced. I have no idea why that would’ve taken 2 hours. Then I had to wait for them to actually put the new tire on. I got to the shop at 9am and didn’t get out until 11:30. I ended up having to be hours late to work. I appreciated the tire warranty adjustment that made it much cheaper to replace the tire, which is the only reason I went here. The mechanics were kind but I’m just frustrated.

Got a nail stuck in my tire. I showed up at 1 pm and John took care of me at the front desk. Super friendly! And Eric made quick work on a patch! 20 minutes in and out the door! Awesome staff!
