This dog park is an awesome place for my dog to go! She gets great exercise and meets lots of other great dogs. The park was closed to Aug 9 for unexplained reasons. With the cost of gas and the other dog parks being further away, I would hope its for a good reason. My dog is really in need of more space at times and she doesn't bother the other dogs. Please reopen if there is no good reason for closing other than turf repair. People that have dogs that cant get a little mud on them should stay home.There is a water hose to rinse off dogs anyway. If you don't like the park for any reason for your dog you should stay home.

Beware and think twice before taking your dog here. This dog area is all dirt and mud and makes for a messy puppy playground. It wasn’t the best idea to put the more docile dog area right in the middle of the aggressive dog enclosure. People don’t use good judgment and there are Dobermans mixed in with Dachshunds. Many dog owners are on their phones and not supervising their dog’s behavior. Also, just this morning, I witnessed three dogs squat and leave a pile. Their owners did not clean it up.

I've never taken my dogs to any other bark park so can't compare. But people and dogs in general are very nice, friendly. Nice to have an enclosed area for the little guys. Just wish more people would clean up after their pets.

Travelling going to California and looking for a dog park for the dogs. Very friendly dog park. Dogs can run off leash which was what we were looking for. Beautiful park.
