Unfortunately today was less than spectacular. We ordered 2 snack quesadillas with extra cheese. We ended up with empty tortillas, no cheese, no sauce, nothing. The fish tacos were over cooked and dry. When I tried to contact I couldn't get through and the Feedback on the app just crashes. Very disappointed.

Low quality food and service. We went through the drive thru and immediately noticed employees sitting on the counter top they rushed us forward to park ahead, they smashed all the food into 1 bag. The fish tacos tasted like they had been sitting out all day and the cheese burgers were smashed and sloppy. The fries and fountain drink were on point.

If y’all stop taking orders at 10:15-10:30 say your closed on here at 10:30. I came through the drive thru same time day prior because it’s on my way home from work and my son likes their mini quesadillas. Not only are the employees immature and had me repeat my order 4 times they still managed to get 6 mini quesadillas wrong. The only employee I’ve had dealt with that’s actually can do their job is the shorter lady.

I do not like to give a bad review over just one visit. Now after a full year and consistently being disappointed. I have decided to do the right thing. The employees here at this location seem untrained and as if they do not want to be there. The drive thru service is the worst. I typically have to return because something went wrong with the order. I truly believe that this Del Taco has a lot of potential and I really want to support it. They just need to step up their service and quality.
