I gave 3 stars because I put in 6 applications, and no call back. Other than that, not a bad place

Good for for the most part but have always been pricey for the quality. The past two times I've gone to this location they don't ask or give napkins or sauce and have been pretty rude and abrupt. I most likely will not go back now

Horrible staff. We went at around 10:30, when they close at 11. Waited at the drive thru with no response for 5 minutes. Then, we pulled up to the window and knocked. There were two girls in there. They yelled at us and said they were closed. I told them it's not 11:00 yet. One of the girls said, very rudely, "So what!?". I proceeded to ask if they were closing early for some reason. I asked what time they closed. The girl yelled again, very rudely, "Right now". I told her it's only 10:40, and we were in the drive thru at 10:30. She once again said "So what!?". She then proceeded to walk away and ignore us.

This was my first experience with a Del taco, and I have to say im impressed. They had lots of different menu options. It was pretty cheap. Our service was excellent!! The lady who took our order was so so friendly, and patient. I had made a special request of how I wanted my meal made, and I overheard her double checking with the kitchen staff to make sure it was done right. We will definitely be coming here again!

Are they always stingy with a glass of water and some napkins?

I don't think that's a fair question ... You have to remember they are a business they sell stuff to make a profit to stay in business ... If they constantly give out a huge amount of napkins and water (which May not have a monetary value so they can sell them to us as the consumer) they will lose allot of money from having to purchase more and more of those ("free for us") products ... So maybe they are stingy with those products but people like you are why we have to purchase extra ketchup at other restaurants...
